Viewing the Guidelines Section
Guidelines refer to the section in the E-Alert Application that provides the user with background information and additional guidance to complete the webform.
The Guidelines section appears as the first tab only if the Guidelines configuration in
the Admin Tool contains content. The Guidelines content can contain text and/or images.
