Dynamic Sections within the E-Alert Application

E-Alert webforms may contain a combination of static, configurable and dynamic sections. Dynamic sections collect additional information of an E-Alert incident and can be added to the interface through Admin Tool. Dynamic sections are highly customizable by the system administrator in the Admin Tool. Examples of dynamic sections include:

  • Person(s) Involved
  • Fraud Details
  • Attacker Detail
  • Cyber Event Details

The following example describes the Location page. Location is one of the most common dynamic sections in an E-Alert application.

Working with Locations

Location: The relevant input fields in the location section is dependent on the locations configured in the Admin Tool. The elements and options within each location also vary based on the administrator configuration. Webforms can be configured to accommodate further location details such as address, city, state, and country. The screenshot below shows an E-Alert interface with the location set as Vancouver.

Note: The user can identify the configured location of the E-Alert interface by the location in parentheses from the left panel.

Dynamic Sections with Tables

Some single-page E-Alert module may have multi-instance sections. These sections allow the user to add multiple entities in for one section.
